Truffles & BonBons

The Hot Chocolatier's truffles & bonbons are made fresh in small batches with high-quality ingredients. Our flavor profiles are carefully crafted; and while we've developed a regular selection of truffles & bonbons, we introduce new flavors throughout the year and from season-to-season.

Note: Our truffles & BonBons are made without preservatives and should be consumed within 10-14 days upon receiving them. All flavors have been made in a facility that also produced items with tree nuts, gluten, and dairy products.

Squirrels

When we decided to offer something like a Turtle (nuts/caramel/chocolate) but sized to fit in a truffle box, we had several names floating around in the kitchen. None of them seemed appropriate until we asked, "Who else hides nuts under things?" It's widely known that squirrels are notorious for storing things in hidden places for safekeeping. So, in the spirit of the squirrel, we hide nuts under caramel & chocolate and then flip them over in the truffle cup to reveal the treasure!

Other Goodness

Word on the street is that The Hot Chocolatier also creates tasty items that fall outside of Truffle, BonBon, or Squirrel categories. These items deserve their own recognition, right?
