Events! Events! So many.

Well, we did the Bella Sera event on the north side of the Tennessee River. It started out so crazy (w/ Wendy getting a bit of the security guard's mace after he used it to deter a snake on its way to the sidewalk) and ended up crazier w/ people looking to us for wine (after they stopped serving) and getting a bit out of hand as a persistent few expected us to hand out lots of stuff for free (when it was a benefit for Chattanooga Endevors). All in all, we were able to explain a sampling of our flavors to a number of people who kept coming back for more. So, for a good cause; it was well...

Hey, The Chattanooga Market! We're doing it!

We are selling cold/frozen stuff (and if weather permits - some truffles) at the Chattanooga Market that is located off Main and on Carter Street. Here's some directions. We have a white tent and have been selling frozen bananas (dipped in peanuts, sprinkles, or toasted coconut), dipped strawberry kabobs (3 on a skewer - also rolled in toppings of your choice) and frozen chocolate beverages! It's been so fun to see all the stuff offered by area merchants and to be a part of the scene. There's music, food, art, and chances to meet other Chattanoogans (what a concept!). Look for our sign/logo hanging on our white tent and drop by. We'll be there for you (just like that awful...

JUST IN! Hot Sipping Chocolates from The Hot Chocolatier!

We have finally packaged our two offerings of sipping chocolates: Original Dark and Hottie. The Original Dark presents a smooth, rich flavor when made with milk (following the directions on the label) and Hottie is blended with ancho, cayenne, and chipotle peppers for an added punch to the taste buds! Both sipping chocolates are far from a powdered mix you may have grown up with, but instead are actually tiny chunks of chocolate made specifically for melting into milk and enjoying any time of the year. We are extremely excited to add these to our current line of products. (Think of the Hottie sipping chocolate as the drinkable version of our truffle with the same name.)
